The Unborn should stay unborn...

The Unborn.
I was soooo excited to see this movie when it first came out. Me and my best friend were wanting to see a real scary movie, and we had hoped for this to be a winner, but we were unfortunately disappointed. From the beginning I was bored, all the way to the end.
Do you know those movies where they show all the best parts in the previews? Well this movie is a mighty fine example. So it starts off with the typical young girl Casey Beldon, Casey is haunted in her dreams by her evil dead twin that died before they were born.
Now are you ready for this next part?!?!?!...
This evil dead twin has had a reoccuring family problem that shockingly, dates back to the Nazi German thing with that doctor, that practiced weird stuff on twins...and one of the twins that the doctor practiced on was her grandma, and her grandma's brother is what started the evil thing.
...confused yet?
So anyhow (haha), Casey goes to a jewish exorcist guy to fight the evil twin, because thats what her new grandma told her to do. They try to do the exorcism thing and it eventually works, but what really made me mad was how they ripped off from the original Exorcist spider walk, that was cut out for the theater verison but added back when put on video because it was to graphic for auidences.
If you haven't seen this yet, then don't waste your time. Save it for a night when your bored and you need to rent a movie or something.
Question: Whats your Favorite Scary movie?
(mine is The Decent)

  1. My favorite scary movie? I don't think I really have one. I love all of them. I am a huge fan of scary movies. But I do agree with you about The Unborn, they did show all the good parts on previews.

  2. I actually haven't seen very many scary movies. My mom doesn't let me watch that stuff. However, I like House on Haunted Hill, Carrie, Seed of Chuckie, and...does anyone else find The Wizard of Oz a little bit creepy? I mean, those monkeys are scary! haha.
